Laval

Laval is where Caztelan Group is based, so it's where we can usually get to a site visit fastest. Our office is on Boulevard de Chenonceau, and a lot of our work happens within a short drive of it, from Chomedey and Laval-des-Rapides to Sainte-Rose and Fabreville.

Much of Laval's housing is bungalows, split-levels, and cottages built decades ago, and those homes tend to need the same things: French drains that no longer work, foundations that were never insulated, and basements ready to be turned into real living space.
